Green Waste Outfeed Motor Control Center
Podium recently designed and built the Green Waste Outfeed MCC, a large, high-density panel distributing 480V 3-phase power to six motors (5hp–250hp) and a metal detector across TLM's green waste handling system. The panel featured VFD control, Allen-Bradley POINT I/O for PLC integration, individual lockout disconnects, a safety relay, and engineered thermal management.
Podium designed and fabricated the completed, UL 508A-listed panel in under six weeks.
