Podium is committed to protecting your privacy and personal information.

“Personal Information” means any information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to an identifiable individual. When you submit a form on our Site (including the intake or contact form), we may collect:

  • Professional information: job title, project description
  • Commercial information: products or services you have inquired about

  • Quote Generation and Inquiry Response: Responding to your inquiries; generating and providing custom quotes, design proposals, and pricing information for our panel design and fabrication services
  • Communication: Contacting you about your project, order status, shipping updates, and other matters related to your engagement with Podium; sending notifications, including updates to our Terms and Conditions or this Privacy Policy
  • Order Processing and Customer Support: Processing, fulfilling, and managing orders and purchase orders; maintaining records of your project and purchase history; providing customer support, including for design review, order tracking, and post-delivery inquiries
  • Site Management and Operations: Operating and managing the Site; troubleshooting technical issues; testing and improving Site content and functionality; conducting statistical and other analysis; customizing the Site experience based on user preferences
  • Analytics: Performing analytics to understand user preferences, Site usage patterns, and the performance of our content and communications; measuring and improving our digital presence
  • Marketing and Promotional Content: Sending marketing and promotional communications about our services, case studies, new capabilities, and company updates, where you have opted in or where otherwise permitted by applicable law
  • Research and Development: Conducting research and development to improve our services, internal processes, and panel design and fabrication capabilities

We will not share your phone number with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share your phone number with service providers who assist us in communicating with you, solely as necessary to perform services on our behalf.

We will not share your Personal Information with third parties for purposes materially different from those described above without first providing you notice or, where required, obtaining your consent.

Aggregated and de-identified data

We may create aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized data from the Personal Information we collect by removing information that makes the data personally identifiable to a particular individual. We may use and disclose such aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized data for our lawful business purposes, including to analyze and improve the Site and our services, and to promote our business. We will not attempt to re-identify any such data.

Retention of your personal information

We retain Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, to resolve disputes, comply with our legal obligations, or as otherwise required by applicable law. When Personal Information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

We maintain reasonable technical, physical, and administrative security measures designed to protect Personal Information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure.
